Shipping Policy

          The period for sending the products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in working days. The postings will be made only on business days 24 hours after your purchase confirmation.

     The delivery period informed during the purchase procedure of the Product takes into account the inventory, the region, the invoice issuing process and the preparation time of the product. You can see the status of delivery of the order by the merchandise tracking system in the Help area of ​​the Wixi company.

        The postage amount is calculated based on the place of delivery, logistic company, weight, dimensions and value of the Product.

Wixi is not responsible for the retention of goods in the Customs Inspection when this is due exclusively to the customer's pending, and therefore, it is necessary to attend the tax office for the merchandise to be released, since in these cases the information regarding releases and payments are only made to interested parties.

     Generally, depending on the contracted logistics company, up to three on-site delivery attempts are carried out every other day, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is indispensable that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying identification document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will return to the Distribution Center (location to be withdrawn according to each company's policies) to see the clearing policies of each logistics company in the Wixi help.

      Wixi does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (example: hoisting product by window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; make delivery at an address different from what appears on the invoice; carry out delivery to a minor or without identification document.

       After completing the order it is not possible to change the payment method and / or delivery address, request advance payment or even priority delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

          Right of repentance: The Client shall be entitled to exercise the right of repentance of the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions shall be observed: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Wixi in the original packaging, accompanied by the Invoice, the manual and all its accessories.

     We can only replace the product with an identical and the same version, and you are responsible for returning the damaged product (manufacturing defect) within 30 days. If you want to switch to another product, you will have to return the product and make a new order.

 

     Upon arrival of the product to the Distribution Center, Wixi will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide the refund in the full amount of the purchase.

• After sending a product, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can contact us by email info@wixi.express that our help area will be analyzing your information and will seek help in what is needed.

 

• The Customer must request cancellation and return of the product by email info@wixi.express.

Refund

           Repayments are made in the same way as they were previously paid.

        In purchases with credit card the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice. The compensation period and, after the full refund of the value of the Product on the Customer's credit card made by Wixi, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of collection of future installments by the card administrator, the Customer will not be burdened, as Wixi, as mentioned above, will reimburse the entire value of the Product in a single time, being the credit related to the reversal granted entirely by the administrator on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.

        You can usually expect your payment method to deposit your refund within the term of each payment method. If you are having difficulty locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment method (Paypal and Stripe) so that you can support it.

Wixi does not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs costs, taxes, postal charges or any cost associated with the tax in the country of purchase.
